This policy explains how you may use the ReadyStack Digital website, our AI assistant ("Stack"), and our WhatsApp channel. It exists to keep these services safe, reliable and useful for everyone. By using them, you agree to this policy. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy & Cookie Policy.

What you may do

Use the website and assistant to learn about our services, ask genuine questions, get indicative pricing, capture an enquiry, and book a call.

What you must not do

• Use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or misleading.
• Send abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene or defamatory content.
• Spam, flood, or send repetitive or automated messages, or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or test the security of our systems, or interfere with their normal operation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or use bots to harvest content or overload the service.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to harm or disrupt.
• Submit other people's personal or sensitive information without authority.

Using the AI assistant responsibly

• Don't attempt to manipulate the assistant with prompt-injection or jailbreak techniques, or try to extract its underlying instructions.
• Don't rely on the assistant for professional, legal, financial, medical or security advice. It provides general information only and may be inaccurate.
• Don't submit payment card details, passwords, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the chat.

Fair use and rate limits

We apply rate limits and automated abuse protection (including, where needed, an invisible Cloudflare Turnstile check) to keep the service available for everyone. If you hit a limit, please slow down and try again shortly.

Consequences of misuse

If you breach this policy, we may rate-limit, block or restrict your access, remove content, and where appropriate report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We log activity for security and abuse-investigation purposes as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
