Our AI assistant ("Stack")

We offer an AI assistant called Stack on our website and via WhatsApp. Stack answers questions about our services, provides indicative ("from") pricing, captures enquiries and helps you book a call. Stack is an automated AI assistant, not a human. You're told this up front, and you can reach a real person at any time by typing "human", and we'll have our team follow up. Conversations are processed to generate replies and may be reviewed to improve the service and investigate misuse.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, generate AI replies, capture and follow up on enquiries, book calls, send you the information you ask for, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and to review and improve our website and assistant.

Overseas processing

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Australia (for example, in the United States). By using our website and assistant you acknowledge that your information may be processed overseas, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8.

Cookies & browser storage

Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our chat widget stores a single session identifier in your browser's local storage (key: rs_session_id) so your conversation stays connected as you navigate or return later. This is not shared with third parties. If we detect suspicious activity, the widget may load Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot-protection check that only confirms you're human and does not track you across websites. You can clear this any time by clearing your browser's site data for readystackdigital.com.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can stop using the assistant at any time. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may make a privacy complaint. Contact us at [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. We can only reply within WhatsApp's standard 24-hour customer-service window after your most recent message.
